Refunds

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. Shipping for returns is free within the U.S. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 days of receiving your return order. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund from the time we receive your return.

We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from FierceKnockouts.com. To return, just contact us and we will do the rest.

Exchanges

If you would prefer another size or style, please contact us through our “Contact” page, through Facebook Messenger or Instagram for details on returning your item and placing a new order. We are happy to help you find the right product for your needs! Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 90 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

• Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
• Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
• Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
• Instances of abuse of the Fierce Knockouts Enterprises LLC Return Policy.
